SANDING: Over time, knife cuts & small dings will build up on your cutting surfaces. To renew, you can sand boards softly until the surface is smooth to the touch, I recommend using 220 grit sandpaper or above. Also, a fine Steel Wool works well.
OILING: Apply a generous coat of oil when sanding is complete. (See more on this at: WOOD CARE
FREQUENCY: Sand and oil your board whenever you feel like it has lost its smooth texture.
MATERIALS: I recommend conditioning your board with food grade mineral oil. You can purchase this at most grocery stores.
