Been wanting to make one of these for a couple of years now & just haven't been able to get started. Sure am glad I did. LOVE the way it came out. This set off your cheese & cracker party!! The bottom tray measures 12" in dia. & is a hair over 3/4" thick. The top tray is 8" and is 5" above the bottom tray. Hand turned out of Texas Mesquite Wood & inlaid with veins of Sleeping Beauty Turquoise. The extenders are bronze colored & co-ordinate nicely with the wood color & patterns. Finished with several coats of a food-safe, non-toxic, hi-gloss polyurethane. Signed & dated by artist/craftsman.
