HOLEY CHEESE KNIFE
Soft cheeses like brie or Double Crème have a soft interior and could easily stick to the knife. To make a cleaner cut and keep the shape of the delicate interior you can use a cheese knife with holes. This "Holey Cheese Knife" fits the bill, with it's specially designed blade, sticky soft cheeses are no problem. 3-1/2" HANDLE.
