Hand turned Texas Mesquite Wood, enhanced with Sleeping Beauty Turquoise inlay. This  Cheese Fork  is great for serving up cubes or slices after the knives have done their job. Hardware is made from high quality, food-grade 304 stainless steel and attached to the handles with 1/4-20 threaded inserts. All hardware is dishwasher safe; the handles are easily removed for this purpose. Finished with several coats of a hi-gloss, food-safe, non-toxic polyurethane.
